Imran Firoz, CFO, Director, Co-Founder
Imran Firoz is the Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of FDCTech, Inc., a position he has held since January 2016 to the present. From January 2019 to the present, Mr. Firoz has owned Spark Capital Investments, LLC, which assists small-sized private and public companies by providing management consulting services. In this role, he oversees strategic planning, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and risk management.
Prior to FDCTech, from December 2011 to May 2015, Mr. Firoz served as CEO and Director of Scoobeez Global, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s revenue from under $500,000 to $27million. His earlier experience includes roles as Managing Director at Match-Trade Technologies LLC and Chief Financial Officer at Master Capital Group Corp.
Mr. Firoz began his career as a Chemical Engineer with Tata Chemicals Limited and later with Saudi Methanol Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Aligarh University, India. Since January 2003, he has been a Certified Financial Risk Manager accredited by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
